About Grocerize
Grocerize is a price comparison platform that helps Australian shoppers compare grocery prices across major retailers including Coles and Woolworths. We do not sell products directly and do not hold any inventory.
Returns & Refunds
Grocerize does not process returns or refunds.
All purchases made through links on our platform are completed directly with the respective retailer (Coles, Woolworths, or other listed stores). As such, any returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject to the policies of the retailer from which you made your purchase.

Grocerize Subscriptions
If you have a Grocerize Premium subscription, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and clicking Billing & Invoices in the sidebar. This will open the billing portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
For refund requests, please contact us at social@grocerize.com.au. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
